Processing times -- "How long until my order ships?"

Processing times vary & are dependent on several factors including the complexity or type of order.

Orders from the Starr Plans Shop "typically" ship out in 3-5 business days, not including weekends & holidays but please allow up to 10 business days.

Website orders under 15 oz. - 1-3 days on average.

Website priority orders over 15 oz. - 3-5 up to 7

Website custom orders - 1-2 weeks

Website orders placed on holidays, weekends, during sales, releases - 1-2 weeks

Website Presale's - Currently unavailable

Preorders - 2-6 weeks

Printers/Partners - 1 - 3 weeks

Stock & Fulfillment Facts --

Any items that are unable to be fulfilled for whatever reason will be refunded at the time of packaging your order. An explanation will be noted on your packing slip inside of your package. Please contact customer service with any questions.

USPS Tracking is created when your order is fulfilled. You should receive an email to inform you when your label is created. Labels are only created/printed when you order is packaged & ready to ship. Once your label is created, it will be in the hands of the United States Postal Service within 24 hours of its creation, except on holidays and weekends. Tracking should reflect this.

Items ship from Ohio, United States.

As of 7/9/2023, USPS is the only method used to used ship your purchases. If there is any issue with this form of shipping, please contact us in order to discuss other options.
