We are located in Ohio, U.S.A., and we ship to the United States, it's territories & internationally to Australia, Canada, and Mexico.  If you are interested in ordering and live in another country, please send us a detailed email.  

All orders are shipped with tracking via USPS~  United States Postal Service. Starr Plans is not responsible for your package once it leaves our hands.  Shipping times vary throughout the year, however most packages will arrive within 3-5 days of shipment.  



Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. Orders will ship within 10-14 days. 

Some orders may take longer to fulfill, such as large orders made during sales or releases.  Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.  

If there is a delay beyond processing time or issue with shipping we will notify you by email. If at the time of packaging your order, there is an item that can not be fulfilled - you will be automatically refunded for the price paid for the item. This will be noted on your packing slip and not by email, however, you may receive a notification of your refund via email.  

Orders can not be combined.  This includes purchases made through Starr Plans or Starr's Sticker Stop.

-If you want your items faster- you have the option to choose express shipping for an additional fee.  This will prioritize your order and ensure it ships out within 3-5 days. 



- We are pleased to offer international shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS).  International shipping is based on weight & location. Please email for a quote, question, or issue involving international shipping prices.  



-  All orders ship with tracking. Your tracking is created when your order is packaged and ready to ship.  It will be in the hands of USPS within 24 hours (not including weekends & holidays).  Your tracking will reflect this. 



- Unfortunately, I can not control any details of your package once it leaves my hands.    Order that reflect "delivered" will not refunded or replaced due to lost or stolen claims.

-  Be sure your address is correct, Starr Plans is not responsible for lost packages due to errors in addresses. We can not refund or replace any orders that are shipped incorrectly nor can be stop a package once it has left our hands.
