Return and Refund Policy
You must contact us with 14 days of receipt of your order at Starrplans@gmail.com.
Damages and issues - store credit, partial refund, or a replacement.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective and damaged to manufacturing or transit issues OR if you receive the wrong item, so that we can try to make it right. Remember to provide as many of the following details in order for a quick solution.
- Your name
- Your email
- Your order number
- Photos or video
- Reason for return/refund/exchange request
Refunds will only be given for items damaged during transit with accompanying photographic evidence for a USPS claim.
Buyer's Remorse - Full or partial refund of your original payment method/s with a restock fee.
You have 14 days upon receipt of your order to request a "No questions asked refund." Contact us as soon as possible in order to ensure your eligibility. You will be responsible for return tracked shipping. Your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items will be inspected upon return & a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You must provide a USPS tracking number in order. It can take several days for your bank account to process your refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as seasonal, limited edition items, handmade, special orders or personalized items), [examples: #starrboxes, #starrgrams, subscriptions, beaded items, preorders, prizes, giveaways, grab bags, etc. ] and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We cannot accept returns on items purchased while on sale, marked down, with a coupon code or with a gift card. We will not accept returns for claims of lost, stolen, or misplaced orders, that reflect your receipt and show delivered.
